SOCIETY, A SALON IS A SALON WHOSE CULTURE IS DEFINED BY ITS NAME: A LIKE-MINDED GROUP OF INDIVIDUALS WORKING TOWARD A COMMON GOAL. SINCE 2017, SOCIETY HAS SET ITSELF A PART BY BEING A MODERN SALON WITH A PACIFIC NORTHWEST FLAIR, GROWING FROM SIX STYLISTS TO A TEAM OF FOURTEEN IN LESS THAN A YEAR. THEY SPECIALIZE IN CREATIVE COLORING AND HIGHLIGHTING AS WELL AS PROVIDING EACH GUEST WITH AN EXCEPTIONAL AND UNIQUE EXPERIENCE. 

NEW CLIENTS:

PLEASE ALLOW SOME EXTRA TIME ON YOUR FIRST VISIT TO SOCIETY. WE LIKE TO SPEND A FEW EXTRA MINUTES TO GET TO KNOW YOU A LITTLE BETTER, AND WOULD LOVE TO HAVE A CHANCE TO SHOW YOU AROUND AND MAKE SURE YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE. 

Late Arrival: 

WE VALUE YOUR TIME AND WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO START YOUR SERVICE ON TIME. WE UNDERSTAND THAT SOMETIMES BEING LATE IS UNAVOIDABLE. UNFORTUNATELY, DUE TO SCHEDULING COMMITMENTS TO OTHER CLIENTS WE MAY NEED TO RESCHEDULE ANY APPOINTMENT FOR WHICH YOU ARE MORE THAN FIFTEEN MINUTES LATE. WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR SERVICE, HOWEVER, IT MAY BE NECESSARY TO MODIFY THE SERVICE. 

Cancellations:

PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT WHEN YOU FORGET OR CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT WITHOUT GIVING A 24 HOUR NOTICE, WE MISS THE OPPORTUNITY TO FILL THAT APPOINTMENT TIME, AND CLIENTS ON OUR WAITING LIST MISS THE OPPORTUNITY TO RECEIVE SERVICES. OUR APPOINTMENTS ARE CONFIRMED BY EMAIL THREE DAYS IN ADVANCE AND BY TEXT TWO DAYS IN ADVANCE BECAUSE WE KNOW HOW EASY IT IS TO FORGET AN APPOINTMENT YOU BOOKED MONTHS AGO. CLIENTS WHO FAIL TO SHOW FOR AN APPOINTMENT MAY BE ASKED TO RESERVE FUTURE APPOINTMENTS WITH A 50% DEPOSIT. 

Minors:

WE KINDLY REQUEST ONLY THOSE RECEIVING SERVICES BE PRESENT IN THE SERVICE AREAS. OLDER CHILDREN (12+), CAPABLE OF SITTING QUIETLY AND UNSUPERVISED, MAY WAIT IN THE PROVIDED SEATING AREA. WHILE THIS POLICY HELPS ENSURE THAT ALL GUESTS ENJOY A RELAXING SALON EXPERIENCE, IT WAS CREATED WITH YOUR CHILD'S SAFETY IN MIND.
