SOCIETY, A SALON HAS ALWAYS STRIVED TO BE A SAFE AND COMFORTABLE PLACE FOR OUR GUESTS. IN ORDER TO CONTINUE TO DO SO IN THESE UNPRECEDENTED TIMES, WE NOW HAVE ADDITIONAL PROTOCOLS AND PROCEDURES FOR ALL GUESTS.

rESCHEDULING & APPOINTMENTS:

You can now call our Front Desk at 253-863-1252 to make any appointments.
Online booking is now available as well!
All guests must self-screen for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 and electronically sign our online form:
If we do not receive you form 1-7 days before your appointment, it will be cancelled.
We ask that if you have been exposed or are feeling under the weather we ask that you reschedule your appointment.
It is required by the state that all services providers and guests wear a face mask while in the salon.
Due to restrictions on supplies, we ask that you provide your own. We will provide one for you if you do not have one.
We can not preform any services unless face masks are worn.
We value your business and ask that you respect our appointment scheduling polcies.
Please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment for any changes or cancellations.
Any appointments that are cancelled, rescheduled, or a no show without a 24 hour notice will be required to place a 50% deposit to make a future appointment.
In addition, any appointments that must be cancelled for not turning their COVID-19 Health Screening Form in at 1-7 days before your appointment will also be reqiured to place a 50% deposit to make a future appointment.
Any future cancellations, no shows, or failure to turn in required COVID-19 Form may results in forfeiting the deposit.
lobby will be closed:
Due to the amount of people we are allowed in our building, our front area will be closed.
When you arrive please stay in your car and text the front desk at 253-750-1508 that you have arrived. You will be notified when your service provider is ready for you.
We must follow state guidelines and ask when you enter the building you immediately wash your hands.
Every station will be disinfected after every client. Heavy traffic areas will be sanitized every half hour. We will also have sanitation stations throughout the salon.
beverages & Personal belongings:
We will not be offering beverages at this time. This will limit exposure.
You may bring your own beverage and we also ask that you bring only essential personal belongings. Please plan accordingly.
Only guests receiving services are permitted inside due to limitations on capacity.
During this time we will not be taking appointments for anyone under the age of 12 and or if you are unable to come alone.
We ask that you refrain from touching any unnecessary surfaces, including retail products.
Please ask your service provider for retail requests and we will package it up and have it ready at check out.
We strongly urge you to use a card as a form of payment to limit exposure as much as possible.
Cash may be used as last resort, but must be exact amount.
