Policies

NEW CLIENTS:

Please allow some extra time on your first visit to Society. We like to spend a few extra minutes to get to know you a little better and would love to have a chance to show you around to make sure you feel comfortable.

You may be sent screening text to assure you are booked for the right services and perfect stylist for your hair needs. Failure to respond to our screening text may result in the appointment being cancelled.

MINORS:

We do not offer services for anyone under the age of 12.

For any client between the age of 12-17, an adult parent or guardian must be present and consent to services, either in person or virtually.

For the continued safety of our staff and clients, we kindly ask that minors are left at home for any appointments unless they are receiving a service.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS:

Due to a limited amount of seating in our lobby we do not allow extra guests to accompany you unless they are receiving a service. The seats we have are reserved for clients with scheduled appointments. For your convenience we are located next door to a coffee shop, where your guest is more than welcome to wait while you are being pampered.

LATE ARRIVAL:

We value your time and will make every effort to start your service on time. We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. Due to scheduling commitments to other clients, we may need to reschedule any appointments for which you are more than fifteen minute late. There also may be a required deposit to make a future appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your service, though it may be necessary to modify the service.

CANCELLATIONS

We value your business and ask that you respect our business and scheduling policies.

Please contact our Front Desk Team to cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hour notice.

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. To rebook after a late cancellation, a 50% deposit is required.

REDOS:

We take pride in and stand by our work at Society. If you are unsatisfied with the service you received, we would like to consult and communicate with you and your stylist to together come up with a solution. Client redo's will only be honored if Society is contacted with 7 days of the original service. If the redo appointment needs to be rescheduled, you may need to pay for any service rendered.
